The price for consultations varies upon the type of case and amount of time required for a thorough discussion of the client's legal needs. Consultation fees are waived in certain cases, such as Workers' Compensation and personal injury, and can be deducted from the future retainer in other cases if an attorney/client relationship is established for future legal services.

Your name, address, and telephone number will need to be provided as well. Also, please be advised that Demosky Law Offices has a 24-hour cancellation policy in which a $50.00 no-show fee is charged if the client does not show for his or her appointment and has not called or e-mailed in advance to cancel and/or reschedule. This is due to the block of time that is saved for the consultation in which is reserved for that purpose and the inability to schedule other clients and services during that time span.
